Women Build 2017

Thank you! This year's Women's Build exceeded past fundraising for materials and we filled all shifts. Our new homeowner, Tashena, was able to work with us for three of the days and looks forward to moving in soon with her daughter, McKenzie.

Here are a few ways you can continue to help:

1. Volunteer at the site. Contact Anna, anna@seaislandhabitat.org or (843) 768.0998.

2. Support our ReStore, which raises money to purchase materials for 5 complete homes a year.

Be a customer.

Donate merchandise for the store. Drop off items during store hours or schedule a pickup.

Use our free deconstruction services when you remodel. This saves you money, avoids putting useful items in a landfill, and gives you a tax deduction.

3. Thank our Women Build supporters and tell them we sent you.

Tier 2: Akers Ellis Real Estate and Rentals, Exchange Club of Charleston, Carpet To Go and More, Mud Masters, Kiawah Island Real Estate, Mary Joseph Insurance Agency, Motley Rice LLC, Rhoden Photography, Tradesman Brewing, Whirlpool, Young Clement Rivers LLP.

4. And, of course, donations are always welcome.

We are grateful for the many people who made this year a success.  Come back next year!
